* Must be 25+ years old to rent and/or to drive.
* Must provide valid drivers license, proof of insurance and a credit card.
* The renters auto insurance is primary for liability and damages.
* All rentals are prohibited from being inside:
Sandestin Resort, Destin Pointe, Destiny by the sea, Destiny West, Mainsail, Maravilla, The Villas of Crystal beach, Emerald Water Village, Grand Caribbean, Tops’l, Rue Caribe, Dolphin Pointe,Gulfside Cottages, Gulf View, Hidden Dunes, Watercolor.
* It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure golf carts are allowed where they are staying, please check with the property manager before booking. NO REFUNDS.

* Vehicles that are electric come with a charger and extension cord.
* All gas carts have a gas gauge and are delivered with a full tank. Gas carts must have a full tank before pick up. (Premium or Ethanol gas only)
* Carts are allowed in any street marked 35MPH and lower.
* Golf Carts are not allowed on Highway 98 or on sidewalks.
* Golf Carts are registered as Street Legal Vehicles and all the rules of the road apply.
* Children 10 years old and younger must have a car/booster seat on the vehicle.
* Business hours 8AM-8PM
* We offer a discount when reserving two or more golf carts.
* We offer Free delivery and pick up to the areas of Destin & Miramar Beach. For other areas there is a $60 fee (includes both directions)
